Lower abdominal pain while taking Proveru.

Hi, I got the drug provera for calling menstruation. On average, every second cycle of menstruation does not appear so I was advised to induce it with provera around the 40th day of the cycle. Usually I did not feel any pain when taking the drug and this time from 2 tablets hurt my lower abdomen and ovary. CZy such a reaction is correct considering the possible side effects of the drug ?
