Choć nie ma przeciwwskazań do przyjmowania leków Nebilet i Zomiren, łączenie tych leków może nadmiernie obniżać ciśnienie tętnicze.
Dlatego stosując takie połączenie należy regularnie kontrolować wartości ciśnienia, a w razie wystąpienia objawów niedociśnienie (np. bólu głowy, senności, zmęczenie, złego samopoczucia), należy skonsultować się z lekarzem - być może konieczna będzie modyfikacja sposobu dawkowania.
