Acard może osłabiać działanie hipotensyjne (obniżające ciśnienie tętnicze) leków Lozap HCT i Bisocard, dlatego jeśli nie istnieje wyraźna potrzeba włączenia tego leku do terapii, nie należy tego robić (zwłaszcza bez konsultacji z lekarzem).
