Diclac jest nazwą handlową ( zresztą nieprecyzyjną ) leku zawierającego diklofenak i jest lekiem na receptę, którą lekarz wypisuje na konkretną dolegliwość.
Diklofenak działa przeciwbólowo, przeciwgorączkowo i przeciwzapalnie. Pyralgina natomiast to lek dostępny bez recepty , zwierający metamizol o działaniu przeciwbólowym, przeciwgorączkowym jak również rozkurczowym. Niestety jeden i drugi lek należy ostrożnie stosować ze względu na wątrobę . W przypadku częstych migren warto zwrócić się o pomoc do lekarza, tak aby poznać ich przyczynę i wdrożyć odpowiednie leczenie.
