To zależy, jaki efekt chciałby Pan uzyskać, czy też jaką dolegliwość chciałby Pan wspomóc za pomocą ziół. Zioła mają bardzo zróżnicowany skład i działanie, nie można więc jednoznacznie wskazać, że dla każdego pacjenta będzie dobry jeden konkretny zestaw, który "warto pić". Załączam poniżej kilka opracowań, które mogą Pana zainteresować, jednak chciałabym zaznaczyć, że przy zdiagnozowanych chorobach, zioła można stosować ewentualnie jako uzupełnienie terapii:
