Good morning. I have a question whether pyralgina and ibuprom has the same effect. If not, can I use together for abdominal pain.

Pyralgina and Ibuprom have different mechanisms of action and can be used at the same time to treat severe pain.
In the case of treatment of severe pain, Pyralgine and Ibuprom can be used, e.g. at intervals of 4 hours, alternately. It is important not to exceed the dose of 8 tablets of Pyralgine and 6 tablets of Ibuprom (200 mg each) or 3 tablets of Ibuprom Max (400 mg each) per day.
Such a combination can be used for as short a time as possible - only until the pain symptoms disappear.
I am attaching links to websites where you can compare the prices of these drugs in online pharmacies and order them with pickup at the pharmacy or home delivery:

Recent scientific reports indicate that the above-mentioned Pyralgina also has a diastolic effect - that is why it is an effective drug in combating abdominal pain, e.g. accompanying food poisoning or menstruation. However, if you do not feel any improvement after using it, you can start other antispasmodic drugs.
Antispasmodic drugs, i.e. preparations that act directly on smooth muscles located in the gastrointestinal tract and genitourinary system. These medicines are available without a prescription, e.g.
