Sirdalud i Tiocolis to leki zawierające różne substancje czynne, o różnych mechanizmach działania, aczkolwiek sumaryczny efekt ich działania można uznać za zbliżony, gdyż są to preparaty zwiotczające mięśnie stosowane w bolesnych przykurczach mięśniowych.
Należy jednak pamiętać, że nie są to zamienniki i nie mogą być tak postrzegane.
