Lek Mysimba może powodować wzrost ciśnienia tętniczego krwi, dlatego należy regularnie kontrolować ciśnienie, a także skonsultować z lekarzem prowadzącym dawkowanie leków na nadciśnienie (Tezeo i Amlopin) - chyba, że lek Mysimba został zaordynowany przez tego samego lekarza lub lekarza, który wiedział o terapii przeciwnadciśnieniowej.
