Is it possible to drink Tertensif SR at 128/60 pressure?

I have known for two years I take tertensif drug for hypertension and for some time I have low pressure today is 128 out of 60 and my question is whether today I should drink a tablet or not

Tabletki leku Tertensif SR nie są przeznaczone do picia, lecz do połykania i w taki sposób należy je przyjmować.

Z uwagi na to, że farmaceuci nie podejmują decyzji o przyjmowaniu leków na nadciśnienie, wątpliwości dotyczące zażycia leku należy rozwiewać w rozmowie z lekarzem, np. telefonicznie:
