Zaleca się rozpoczęcie przyjmowania leku Vines w 1. dniu po przyjęciu ostatniej tabletki zawierającej substancje czynne leku Microgynon 21, jednak nie później niż w 1. dniu po zakończeniu 7-dniowej przerwy.
