Is it possible to take Szelazo +SR and Katelin MAG b6 (eg 2 capsules) ? To increase magnesium, won't there be too much vitamin B6 by combination of these two drugs?

Przedawkowanie witaminy B6 obserwuje się przy długotrwałym stosowaniu jej w dawce powyżej 200 mg dziennie.
1 kapsułka Szelazo SR i 2 kapsułki Katelin MAG B6 zawierają w sumie 3,4 mg witaminy B6, zatem mogą być stosowane razem.
