Jak podaje producent:
"Podczas badań produktu Omnic Ocas 0,4 nie obserwowano klinicznie istotnego zmniejszenia ciśnienia tętniczego krwi." Nagłe obniżenie ciśnienia było natomiast obserwowane w wyniku przedawkowania leku, niemniej jednak - niedociśnienie ortostatyczne (nadmierne obniżenie wartości ciśnienia krwi po zmianie pozycji ciała z leżącej na stojącą) stanowi przeciwwskazanie do stosowania tego leku.
