Po podaniu doustnym kwas traneksamowy (składnik aktywny leku Exacyl) wchłania się szybko, osiągając maksymalne stężenie w surowicy w 2 -3 godziny po podaniu. Według dostępnych źródeł, pełne działanie leku może rozwijać się do 24 godzin od rozpoczęcia przyjmowania leku. Jeśli po czterech dniach stosowania nie zauważa Pani żadnej różnicy czy też poprawy w zakresie obfitości krwawienia, to proponowałabym kontakt z lekarzem.
