Sympramol jest lekiem wydawanym z przepisu lekarza, zatem w połączeniu z lekami Relanium i Ketrel można go stosować wyłącznie po konsultacji z lekarzem i w takiej konfiguracji, jak wynika z jego zaleceń.
W przeciwnym wypadku, nie należy włączać go do terapii.
