Can I use Pylera with hepatitis C?

hepatitis C and Pylera. Can I use the treatment when I am diagnosed with hepatitis? Treatment of hepatitis not yet started (visit in a month). The hepatologist sees no contraindications, but the family internist advised. Best regards

W Karcie Charakterystyki Produktu Leczniczego Pylera wśród przeciwwskazań do stosowania tego leku producent podaje, m.in. niewydolność wątroby.
Ponieważ nie wiadomo, jak bardzo uszkodzona jest wątroba w Pana przypadku, dodatkowo składniki leku mogą wpływać na wyniki badań czynności wątroby (testy krwi mogą wskazywać podwyższoną aktywność enzymów wątrobowych - aminotransferaz), ostateczną decyzję o rozpoczęciu terapii powinien podjąć lekarz hepatolog.
