Zentel jest lekiem wydawanym na receptę, zatem o możliwości stosowania tabletek w przypadku 4-letniego dziecka decyduje lekarz.
W mojej ocenie dla tak małego dziecka przeznaczona jest zawiesina, gdyż zażywanie tabletki wiąże się z ryzykiem zakrztuszenia. W wieku 4 lat odruch połykania tabletek nie jest jeszcze dobrze opanowany.
