The decision to change the method of treatment should be made by a doctor.
It is worth bearing in mind that these drugs belong to the same chemical group, so their side effects may be similar.
Therefore, there is no certainty that the situation with weight gain will not repeat after changing the treatment.

Oba leki należą do tej samej grupy farmakologicznej leków nazywanych
selektywnymi inhibitorami wychwytu zwrotnego serotoniny (SSRI), ale nie są swoimi odpowiednikami i nie powinny być stosowane zamiennie bez porozumienia z leakrzem.
Seronil to lek zawierający fluoksetynę. Fluoksetyna należy do grupy leków przeciwdepresyjnych nazywanych selektywnymi inhibitorami wychwytu zwrotnego serotoniny (SSRI). W przypadku osób dorosłych fluoksetyna ma zarejestrowane wskazania w terapii epizodów dużej depresji, w zaburzeniach obsesyjno-kompulsyjnych (nerwicy natręctw) oraz bulimii. Sertralina - zarejestrowane wskazania to leczenie depresji i (lub) zaburzeń lękowych.
