Could my husband wipe his eye with sand while on vacation?
Hi, my husband had in his eye sices despite welding in a mask. The eye was anesthetic, the sith removed. The doctor saved tobrex ointment and drops. For the first 3 days it was seen that the drug helps- the eye was no longer red, but we sprinkled further - it was told at least 5 days. Today passes 7 days- eye irritated and reddened. What to do? Continue to administer medication ? I would add that the day after the visit we flew abroad on vacation and the fastest husband has the opportunity to go to the doctor in 3 days.. whether there is a possibility of irritation by too long sprite or sooner the husband has rubbed it or fell some grain of sand.. please reply. Nie napisała Pani, jakie krople mąż otrzymał od lekarza oprócz maści Tobrex.
Aby ocenić, jak mąż powinien postąpić dalej, niezbędna jest pilna ocena stanu oka przez lekarza - domyślam się, że na wakacjach możliwe jest również udanie się do Szpitalnego Oddziału Ratunkowego lub innej niezwłocznej pomocy lekarskiej i z niej mąż powinien jak najszybciej skorzystać, gdyż nie wiadomo, co dzieje się z okiem - nikt z nas nie oceni tego drogą internetową. Należy pamiętać, że są to kompetencje okulisty.
Tak, istnieje możliwość podrażnienia oka przez lek lub zatarcie oka piaskiem - jednak jak wspomniałam, tego typu sytuacje nie są możliwe do stwierdzenia tylko na podstawie opisu, iż oko jest podrażnione i zaczerwienione.
