Plaquenil obniża poziom glukozy we krwi.
Plaquenil może nasilać działanie leków przeciwcukrzycowych i wywołać ciężką hipoglikemię z utratą przytomności, potencjalnie zagrażającą życiu.
Jeśli lekarz zalecił takie połączenie, należy regularnie monitorować poziom glukozy, jeśli spadki będą zbyt duże proszę poradzić się lekarza w celu modyfikacji dawkowania leków na cukrzycę.
