Can I combine Aciprex, Rupurix and Trittico?

Hi can I use in the morning Aciprex 10 mg and Rupurix 10 mg- antihistamine? Additionally for the night I have triticco currently going down from a dose of 300 mg per night to 100 mg and after a few days I will use the beginning half a tablet of Aciprex for 4 days. I get very stressed before this new drug that I can lose control after it and do something to myself. Can I ask for an answer?

Leków Aciprex i Trittico nie należy łączyć ze sobą. Takie połączenia niesie za sobą ryzyko wystąpienia zespołu serotoninowego oraz arytmii.
