How to change the time of taking birth control pills gradually at 23:00?
Can I move the time of taking Atywia Daily tablets like this? I took the last two active tablets around 11.30 am. I would like to postpone the time of taking atywia daily birth control pills to 11 p.m., because I used to take birth control pills and feel the best at bedtime. Can I take the active tablet at 4 pm today after shortening my break and placebo tablets from 7 to 5 days, i.e. starting to take active tablets on the sixth day of the break? How to change the time of taking birth control pills gradually to 23?

W zasadzie nie ma takiej konieczności, może Pani od razu kolejną tabletkę przyjąć o 23 i kolejne przyjmować również o tej porze.
A czy prawidłowo również będzie jeśli będę przesuwać przyjęcie tabletki stopniowo o 2-3h aby dojść do godziny o której ostatecznie chce brać tabletki?

Tak, może być to 17:30, a nie 16.
Czy tak samo będzie jeśli pierwszą dzisiejszą tabletkę przyjęłam o godzinie 17.30?

Proszę pierwszą tabletkę aktywną przyjąć o 16:00, a kolejne już o 23:00. Skuteczność pozostaje zachowana.
