Lactulosum można stosować codziennie, aż do ustąpienia zaparć. Pierwsze efekty terapii widoczne są już po 2-3 dniach. Bez konsultacji z lekarzem preparat można przyjmować przez 1-2 miesiące - po tym czasie należy skonsultować się z lekarzem.
