Can I combine Xarelto and Ginkofar?

I am 73 years old.2 x I had thrombosis and I take 1 tabl Xarelto every day.Is in my case Ginkofar not hurt me. If so, what other drug would improve my memory.

Nie zaleca się łączenia leku Ginkofar z lekami przeciwzakrzepowymi, np. z Xarelto.
Łączenie tych leków zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia niebezpiecznych dla zdrowia i życia krwawień. Jeśli mimo wszystko lekarz zdecyduje o zastosowaniu takiej terapii, należy zachować ostrożność i obserwować swój organizm.

W Pani przypadku bezpiecznym rozwiązaniem wydają się, np. preparaty z lecytyną, m. in.:
