Is numbness of the hand after vaccination something serious?

I am 3 days after 1 dose of covid vaccine (Pfizer) Hand practically no longer hurt but there was numbness of the whole hand in which the vaccine was given Or could it be something serious?

This is how it passed probably after 2 weeks A double dose of Vitamin B was recommended
