May wogle you succeed, after 4 msc treatment I had still intermenstrual bleeding and so far I did not get pregnant, I have thank God 2 children from before the treatment

Badania na zwierzętach nie wykazały bezpośredniego ani pośredniego szkodliwego wpływu leku Epclusa na reprodukcję. Nie było możliwe całkowite oszacowanie marginesów ekspozycji osiąganych w przypadku sofosbuwiru u szczurów względem ekspozycji u ludzi po podaniu zalecanej dawki klinicznej.
Producent leku Epclusa nie podaje informacji, po jakim czasie od zakończenia terapii można zajść w ciążę. Tego typu informacji może udzielić Pani ginekolog.
