Aescin nie posiada na ten moment dostępnych zamienników. Preparat jest dobrze dostępny w aptekach, co można sprawdzić tutaj:

Aby uzyskać preparat o tym samym składzie substancji czynnych należałoby zmieszać (lub stosować łącznie) dwa preparaty:
