Lek Siofor zawiera metforminę i występuje w różnych dawkach.
Siofor 500 zawiera 500 mg metforminy w jednej tabletce, Siofor 1000 - 1000 mg - w związku z większą zawartością substancji czynnej - Siofor 1000 jest "mocniejszy".
