Tak, Klabion Uno może obniżać skuteczność tabletek antykoncepcyjnych Bonadea, gdyż zaburza skład flory przewodu pokarmowego, przez co hormony mogą nie wchłaniać się w odpowiednim stopniu i nie chronić kobiety w odpowiedni sposób.
Konieczne jest stosowanie dodatkowej ochrony przez cały okres antybiotykoterapii oraz 7 dni po jej zakończeniu.
