If I miss Slinda, can I not take placebo pills if this practice causes me to bleed?
I took two packs of Vibin Mini tablets (omitting placebo tablets). The tablets have been changed to Slinda (also without placebo tablets). Despite the continuity in taking the tablets, I got bleeding, it lasted 8 days. In the last week of taking the first pack of Slinda, I forgot to take the tablet. According to the leaflet, I should not take placebo tablets again, but this would be the 4th time in a row. Can I do that? Will it be safe? Can I not take a break for placebo tablets for the fourth and fifth time due to the onset of bleeding after changing the tablets?

Dziękuję za odpowiedz, mialam pierwszą taka sytuacje, gdzie mimo pominiecia placebo wystapilo krwawienie (dokladnie kiedy zaczelam brac Slinde, bo przy pominięciu Vibin Mini nigdy nie mialam krwawienia)

Zgodnie z zaleceniami producentów, można pominąć tabletki placebo maksymalnie 3 razy z rzędu. Taka praktyka może bowiem prowadzić do nadmiernej stymulacji macicy przez hormony z tabletki i wystąpienia krwawień śródcyklicznych.
Jeśli jednak pominęła Pani tabletkę Slinda z ostatniego tygodnia, to wydaje się, że należy pominąć placebo lub przez cały kolejny blister dodatkowo zabezpieczać się prezerwatywą, ewentualnie nie współżyć. Wydaje się to bardziej rozsądnym wyjściem, jeśli pomijanie placebo wywołuje krwawienie.
