Can I use Voriconazole with Microgynon 21?

Can I use voriconazol polpharma together with microgynon 21? There is some interaction in the leaflet, does this reduce the effectiveness of contraception?

Choć Voriconazole nie zmniejsza skuteczności antykoncepcyjnej tabletek Microgynon 21, jednoczesne przyjmowanie tych leków zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia ich działań niepożądanych. Do najpoważniejszych skutków ubocznych takiej terapii należą, m.in. depresja, żółtaczka, zakrzepy, przyspieszenie rytmu serca, zaburzenia oddychania.
Dlatego takie połączenie można stosować wyłącznie po konsultacji z lekarzem i jeśli jest ono bezwzględnie konieczne. W razie wystąpienia niepokojących objawów, należy natychmiast skonsultować się z lekarzem.
