Dexamethason krople to lek, w którym zastosowaną substancją czynną jest deksametazon. Preparat przeznaczony jest do miejscowego stosowania. Substancja czynna jest syntetycznym glikokortykosteroidem, wykazującym właściwości przeciwzapalne, przeciwświądowe oraz przeciwuczuleniowe. Ze względu na charakter działania lek sprawdza się na każdym etapie procesu zapalnego. Nie ma obecnie na rynku kropli do oczu z takim składem, dostępnych bez recepty.
