Is Trimbow different from Atrovent N and Bufomix?

Hi I have a question about trimbow because the family doctor prescribed my mother a nebulization drug called berodual and a few days later we were at the pulmunologist and prescribed the drug trimbow mom has very advanced emphysema asthma and COPD so we wanted to try something other than atrovent and bufomix please answer. I would add that mom has 3 nodules in spit waiting for TK klatki.regards
