How to switch from contraceptive patches to single-ingredient tablets?

Hi, I have a question I started to use contraceptive patches, (2 patch) but unfortunately every now and then I peel off somewhere and I'm afraid that its action may be slabione by it. I have not taken any contraception for the last 3 years and I would like to change the patches to single-trays at the time as there is a break in wearing the patch. I would add that I am 39 years old I do not have children and do not burn them for the next 2 years Please advice

Aby ochrona antykoncepcyjna była zachowana należy dzień po usunięciu 3 plastra przyjąć pierwszą tabletkę jednoskładnikową.

Witam,
Chcialabym zmienic plastry na tabletki jednoskalnikowe, jak napisalam powyzej dopiero co zaczelam stosowac plastry, aktualnie mam plaster 2 i nie wiem kiedy powinnam sie przestawic na tabletke czy zaraz po zakonczeniu opakowania czy po zrobieniu przerwy?
