Does putting on the puck 3 days later badly affect the body or can it cause any negative effects?

I use Nuvaring/ginoring contraceptive discs. After a 7-day break, I should put on the puck on Sundays at 22:00 and only be able to put on on Wednesday at 22:00. Can I insert the puck at an earlier time on Wednesday, for example, at 15:00? Does putting on the puck 3 days later badly affect the body or can it cause some negative effects in addition to reduced contraceptive efficacy for 7 days?
