Nie, Rupafin i Pronasal to dwa różne leki, więc nie mogą być stosowane zamiennie:

Rupafin to tabletki doustne z rupatadyną o działaniu przeciwalergicznym - lek działa ogólnoustrojowo na objawy alergii.
Pronasal to aerozol donosowy ze sterydem, który łagodzi objawy alergicznego zapalenia błony śluzowej nosa, a więc działa tylko miejscowo.
