Za pierwszy dzień cyklu przyjmuje się pierwszy dzień krwawienia miesięcznego. Jeśli lekarz zalecił stosowanie leku Duphaston od 14 do 1 dnia cyklu, oznacza to, że ostatnią tabletkę należy przyjąć w dniu rozpoczęcia krwawienia miesięcznego.
