If I die from the COVID-19 vaccine, will my wife get compensation?

If I get vaccinated and after the vaccination I get thrombosis and umre it is whether my wife will get compensation.

Z tym pytaniem warto byłoby zgłosić się do prawnika.
Zgodnie z informacjami znalezionymi na portalach prawniczych: "Pacjent dostanie nawet 100 tys. zł odszkodowania za niepożądany odczyn poszczepienny spowodowany przyjęciem preparatu przeciwko COVID-19, ale tylko wtedy gdy ten efekt uboczny był wymieniony w Charakterystyce Produktu Leczniczego." W przypadku śmierci "odszkodowania można domagać się na drodze sądowej".
