How to use Pyler and Emanera correctly?
Good morning, I am on the 5th day of treatment with Pylera. So far I have taken the drug in a 3x4 regimen (after 1st breakfast, after breakfast, after lunch and after dinner) and Emanera 20mg 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before dinner. Today I looked at the leaflet and it says that the second dose of PPIs should be taken before the third dose of Pylera, not as in me before the fourth, while I understood from the explanations of the doctor as Emanera 2xdoba in the morning and evening before eating, which for me meant before breakfast and dinner (so after the first daily dose of Emanera Pyler was taken 3x and after another 1 time in a day) Can my treatment regimen negatively affect the success of therapy?

Opisane w ulotce stosowanie preparatu jest schematem ogólnym, który może zostać zmodyfikowany przez lekarza zgodnie z jego wiedzą. W razie wątpliwości zachęcam do ponownej konsultacji z lekarzem prowadzącym.
Stosowanie leku Emanera ma na celu zmniejszenie wydzielania soku żołądkowego. Działanie leku opiera się na hamowaniu aktywności pompy protonowej w komórkach okładzinowych żołądka. Działanie preparatu rozpoczyna się po ok. 1 h od podania leku i trwa do ok. 72 h.
