Effox long 50, to tabletki o przedłużonym uwalnianiu zawierające 50 mg substancji czynnej: Isosorbidi mononitras. W aptekach na terenie USA należałoby poszukiwać leku o nazwie Isosorbide Mononitrate oral tablets, extended release w analogicznej dawce substancji czynnej. Trudno mi jednak odpowiedzieć, czy taki lek jest na pewno do kupienia w Stanach - GdziePoLek aktualnie oferuje informacje o dostępności leków w aptekach z Polski.
