Can swelling of the feet and hands be caused by the use of Slinda and can Slinda and Aspargin be combined?

Hi I use Slinde I'm on 3tabletce and I'm 8tyg after childbirth. I have nabriale hands and feet and a little knee if it can be a side effect of slindy or maybe the weather or water retention in the body? And whether you can use aspargin with slinda? I have tachycardia so far I did not have to take metocardu from childbirth even on an ad hoc basis so I wanted to continue magnesium. My gin knows about my ailments but has not mentioned anything about other drugs. Thank you for your help
