Can I expect that after the first bleed from withdrawal, the sniting will normalize - and if not, can changing the tablets to others help?

Good morning. I take the first pack of birth control pills (Atiwia) for 20 days. I took the tablet on the first day of menstruation and so far the bleeding has not stopped. It is smaller than in the period, but I am afraid that I will be weakened by such a long amount of blood loss, I have the impression that day by day the shred is getting more abundant - today I even noticed clots. Is this normal? Can I expect it to normalize after the first withdrawal bleeding - and if not, can changing the tablets to others help?
