Can Neoparin reduce leg swelling?
My mom gave Me Neoparin for hematomas that were the result of a fall. I noticed that during this time the swelling of the legs (from the feet to the middle of the calf) decreased significantly. Does it have any connection? Could Neoparin reduce swelling?

Tak, Neoparin to lek przeciwzakrzepowy - jeśli przyczyną obrzęków kończyn dolnych jest rozwój zakrzepicy, zastrzyki powodują ich zmniejszenie (opuchnięte nogi zwłaszcza w okolicy kostek i łydek to pierwsze z objawów zakrzepicy).
Warto zaobserwowaną zależność przedyskutować z lekarzem, być może specjalista zdecyduje o prewencyjnym wdrożeniu leczenia przeciwzakrzepowego lub rozszerzeniu diagnostyki (np. wykonaniu USG Doppler kończyn dolnych).
