Nie, leki Polocard i Bibloc nie działają podobnie.
Polocard zawiera w składzie kwas acetylosalicylowy, jeśli substancja ta jest podawana w małych dawkach, to hamuje agregację (zlepianie) płytek krwi. Dzięki temu zapobiega powstawaniu zatorów i zakrzepów krwi. Preparat znajduje zastosowanie w profilaktyce chorób układu krążenia, takich jak zawał serca czy innych zagrażających zakrzepami w naczyniach.
Natomiast lek Bibloc zawiera bisoprolol - substancję z grupy beta-adrenolityków, które chronią one serce przed zbyt intensywną czynnością.
