Jednoczesne stosowanie leków Mysimba i Nexpram może zwiększać ryzyko wystąpienie drgawek, dlatego też jednoczesne stosowanie obu wspomnianych leków należy prowadzić pod ścisłą kontrolą lekarza. Jeśli lekarz zalecający stosowanie leku Mysimba nie wiedział, że zalecono Pani także przyjmowanie leku Nexpram bądź odwrotnie, nalezy ponownie skonsultować tę kwestię z lekarzem.
