Nie zaleca się łączenia leków Dicloberl Retard oraz Pentasa, nie tylko ze względu na możliwość większego ryzyka wystąpienia działań niepożądanych, ale przede wszystkim dlatego, że niewskazane jest stosowanie niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych u pacjentów z wrzodziejącym zapaleniem jelita grubego, gdyż może prowadzić to do zaostrzenia choroby.

Takie informacje mogę przekazać z farmaceutycznego puntu widzenia, natomiast ostateczną decyzję co do stosowania obu leków, podejmuje lekarz, gdyż są one wydawane na receptę.
