Dotychczas nie zgłaszano występowania osłabienia, zmęczenia oraz zwiększenia zapotrzebowania na wodę podczas stosowania leku Pradaxa. Natomiast do opisywanych działań niepożądanych leku należą m.in spadek stężenia hemoglobiny i niedokrwistość co może wpływać na występowanie odczucia zmęczenia i osłabienia. Zachęcam do konsultacji z lekarzem prowadzącym, który zaleci dalsze postępowanie:

W trakcie stosowania preparatu należy dbać o odpowiednie nawodnienie organizmu, ze względu na wpływ leku na pracę nerek. Być może zwiększenie zapotrzebowania na wodę wynika z innych stosowanych preparatów.
