Zgodnie z informacjami zawartymi w Charakterystyce Produktu Leczniczego - nie wiadomo czy rupatadyna (substancja czynna leku Alerprof) przenika do mleka kobiecego. W związku z tym należy podjąć decyzję czy przerwać karmienie piersią czy przerwać stosowanie leku na czas karmienia, biorąc pod uwagę korzyści i ryzyko wynikające z obu przypadków, dla dziecka i dla matki.
