Can I use Betaserc and Neuovit together with Betaloc ZOK?

Hi, the doctor prescribed me betaserc and neurovit. On a day-to-day course, taking betaloc zok which also lowers the pressure, should I combine these drugs? I would add that in general I have low pressure even without taking medication, will it not be too much?

Betaserc jest lekiem stosowanym w leczeniu choroby Meniere'a oraz w objawowym leczeniu zawrotów głowy pochodzenia przedsionkowego. Powoduje miejscowe obniżenie ciśnienia w uchu wewnętrznym. Preparat nie powinien wpływać na ogólne ciśnienie krwi:
