Zanacodar to lek, który zawiera w składzie telmisartan i hydrochlorotiazyd, natomiast Atacand to lek jednoskładnikowy z kandesartanem. Preparaty te nie są odpowiednikami i nie należy ich stosować zamiennie bez konsultacji z lekarzem.
