Producenci preparatów z lizyną nie podają konkretnego okresu czasu, ile powinna wynosić przerwa w suplementacji. Proponuję zatem przyjąć czas, który zwykle proponuje się po zakończeniu przyjmowania większości suplementów diety, czyli 3 miesiące.
